One wrong swing took an ugly turn when a former baseball player at Satellite High School was struck in the head by one of his teammates.

Morgan & Morgan attorneys John Morgan and Ed Combs have filed a lawsuit against the Brevard County School Board, alleging that the baseball coaches at Satellite High School did not properly protect a minor student, who was injured during a baseball drill.
