Packable, holding company for e-commerce platform Pharmapacks, is going public through a SPAC merger with Highland Transcend Partners I Corp. As a result of the merger and related PIPE financing, Packable will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange with a post-transaction equity value of approximately $1.9 billion. New York-based Packable is advised by Cooley. Highland, which is based in Miami Beach, Florida, is represented by Davis Polk & Wardwell. A Sullivan & Cromwell team including partners Jared Fishman and Matthew Goodman are acting as legal counsel to BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs Group and J.P. Morgan Securities in their role as placement agents on the PIPE and pre-IPO convertible investment.
