Kelley Kronenberg can’t seem to hire first-party property insurance defense litigators quickly enough. After years of continuous growth, the 185-lawyer, insurance-focused law firm has instituted an intensive training clinic to bring incoming practitioners up to speed in just four weeks.

Currently in its second week, the program pairs experienced first-party property attorneys with recent hires from the past six months. The latter attorneys met at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale headquarters for the first week; after that, South Florida attorneys are sticking around in-person while out-of-towners are finishing the course on Zoom.
