"The motor vehicle accident caused whiplash and resulted in herniated discs in Collins’ neck. The herniated discs pressed on the nerves going down Collins’ arm, and despite two fusion surgeries by a reputable neurosurgeon, the nerve damage was permanent," attorney Neil Anthony said.

West Palm Beach attorneys Neil Anthony and Concetta Camacho of Steinger, Greene & Feiner won a $1.37 million verdict in Charlotte County. The car crash left one woman severely injured.
The biggest obstacle, Anthony said, for his team was a claim from the defense that plaintiff Lisa Collins had an existing injury, and the collision had only a minor impact.
