The Florida Supreme Court disciplined 15 lawyers for behaving inappropriately, according to information released by The Florida Bar on Friday.
Seven of the 15 disciplined attorneys were from South Florida, according to the bar’s announcement.
In one case, according to the Florida Bar, an attorney under suspension tried to circumvent the rules by transferring ownership of the firm to his office manager (a non-lawyer) without that person’s knowledge.
