A Palm Beach County jury awarded more than $320,000 to a man who fractured an elbow in a May 2019 fall in a Lantana discount store.
The suit’s plaintiff, Phara Louis, a 45-year-old unemployed man, fell while he was shopping at a discount store at 1199 Hypoluxo Road. He suffered elbow and knee injuries.
