Broward Lawyer Faces Ethics Charges Over Frivolous Filings

A lawsuit that ended with sanctions and attorney fees against a Fort Lauderdale lawyer and his client has piqued the interest of the Florida Bar, which filed an ethics complaint over the litigation.

Solo practitioner Gavin David Caddy is accused of breaking two Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, governing professional conduct and frivolous claims.
