Eve Cann has been named managing shareholder of Baker Donelson in Fort Lauderdale, succeeding Sam Felker.

While leading the office, Cann will continue her practice, which is focused on representing financial institutions and national retailers in both affirmative and defensive capacities. She became a firm shareholder two years ago in the firm’s fourth consecutive year with women taking most of the partner promotions.
