Cantor represents multinational companies on M&A, joint venture and financing transactions with experience in the gaming, hospitality and transportation sectors. He spent 14 years at Greenberg Traurig after working at Camner Lipsitz & Poller and Baker & McKenzie.
Kanter’s practice focuses on M&A, capital raising, joint ventures and general corporate law and business matters, handling transactions in the gaming, hospitality, medical technology and health care sectors. He was with Greenberg Traurig for two years.
