Edible Arrangements and 1-800-Flowers, competitors in the fruit bouquet market, have agreed to settle their federal lawsuits against one another.

Lead attorneys for each company said Monday that they had reached a confidential settlement that ends the litigation pending in U.S. District Court in Connecticut. Court documents revealed the two sides had attended multiple mediation sessions with Connecticut Magistrate Judge Thomas Smith in late June.
