Well-known trial lawyer Michael Stratton has been charged for the second time in two years following a domestic dispute.

Stratford police charged Stratton, 50, of Stratford, with disorderly conduct following the latest incident, which occurred April 27. He is next due to appear in Superior Court in Bridgeport on June 29. Courtney Darlington, 22, who lives with Stratton and is described in police documents as Stratton’s fiancee, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
