Susan Ellis v. Town of West Hartford: A dental hygienist who can no longer work because of a hand injury she sustained after taking a fall on a faulty sidewalk was recently awarded more than $770,000 by a Hartford jury.
On June 7, 2011, Susan Ellis, now 73, was on her lunch break from the West Hartfod dental office where she worked.
