As she begins her new role as head of the Connecticut Bar Association Standing Committee on Professional Ethics, Marcy Tench Stovall anticipates there will be a continued emphasis on ethics rules regarding the use of technology.

“I expect that over the next few years we will see an increasing number of questions having to do with technology in law practice,” said Stovall, an attorney at Pullman & Comley in Bridgeport. “All lawyers have a professional responsibility to keep up with changes in the law and law practice, including the risks and benefits of relevant technology.”
