Though new Chief Justice Chase T. Rogers has yet to say who she wants to be her top administrator, she has quickly elevated two female jurists to high-level administrative posts.

Hartford Superior Court Judge Christine E. Keller is taking over as chief administrative judge for juvenile matters, Rogers announced last week. That post had been Judge Barbara M. Quinn’s before she was named deputy chief court administrator on April 30. Keller has served as Hartford Judicial District’s administrative judge since 2005. Rogers has given that post to Judge Marshall K. Berger Jr.
