Lisa Holden is used to being a voice for victims. It comes with her turf. For seven years, she has been executive director of the Connecticut Coalition Against Victims of Domestic Violence (CCADV).

The organization works on behalf of 18 programs that try to keep women safe. Holden said she finds her work “gratifying because I am surrounded by caring and intelligent people who share the same goal.”
