Silver Golub & Teitell filed a wrongful-death lawsuit after Stamford doctors allegedly failed to detect a 16-year-old’s pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis.
The plaintiff, Sima F. Farmer, administrator of the estate of her teenage son, brought the lawsuit against defendants Dr. Nicole Porti, Emergency Medicine Physicians of New Haven County LLC, and Stamford Health Inc.
