MGM Resorts, the major operator of casinos in Las Vegas, was sued Monday in Connecticut District Court. The suit was filed by a pro se plaintiff, Nirjala Rajkarnikar, who contends that he was wrongfully terminated based upon falsified information and that the casino took him from his native land. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.

The case is 3:22-cv-01371, Rajkarnikar v. MGM Resorts International.
