Principal Financial Group, a global insurance and asset management group, has sued insurance client Sneha Reddy in Connecticut District Court over a coverage dispute. The suit, filed by McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, seeks declaratory judgment that the plaintiff’s disability insurance policy be declared null and void because she allegedly made material omissions on her application. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.

The case is 3:22-cv-00116, Principal Life Insurance Company v. Reddy.
