American multinational aerospace and defense company Raytheon Technologies has appointed longtime company executive Raja Maharajh to succeed Frank Jimenez as general counsel.

Jimenez spent six years as Raytheon’s general counsel. The company said he left to pursue opportunities elsewhere. His LinkedIn account describes him as an “executive in transition.”
