A Hartford personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm has sued one of its former attorneys, claiming he conspired with his new employers to lure clients.

In the 14-page lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Hartford Superior Court, Cicchiello & Cicchiello alleges its former employee, Alexander Sarris, used the firm’s computer system to obtain the contact information and other file information of all its workers’ compensation and personal injury clients.
