Connecticut’s Attorney General, William Tong, who was elected to the office last November, has released an open letter to constituents marking his first 100 days in office. The former state representative and litigator with the law firm Finn Dixon & Herling in Stamford has made health-care issues and civil rights centerpieces of his policy initiatives in office.
