Law students at Quinnipiac University are training hospitality workers how to identify and report signs of human trafficking.
“What we tell employees is that they are on the front lines of this war against trafficking,” said professor Sheila Hayre, coordinator of the program, which stems from legislation passed last year in Connecticut.
