The lawyer for a 17-year-old high school senior who suffered a broken leg, concussion and collapsed lung after being struck by a car that failed to stop for a school bus has settled the case for $420,000.

Spenser Grady was seriously injured in February 2013 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Matthew Kuhn in Bridgeport. Kuhn was accused of speeding and not stopping for the bus’ stop arm when he struck Grady. A seven-page amended lawsuit was filed in April 2016.
