An attorney accused of trash talking judges handling his cases made his final stand before the state Supreme Court Tuesday in an attempt to throw out his four-year suspension.
Acting as his own attorney, Zbigniew S. Rozbicki appeared before the seven justices to decry a system he called unfair. Rozbicki, an attorney with 50 years of experience, argued Hartford Superior Court Judge Antonio C. Robaina abused his discretion when he suspended the attorney’s license in 2015 for allegedly violating the Rules of Professional Conduct.
