The Connecticut Supreme Court is poised to determine whether a disciplinary panel improperly suspended a 73-year-old attorney for spouting off at judges.

The state’s high court will hear the case of Torrington attorney Zbigniew Rozbicki, who will act as his own attorney when he speaks before the justices on May 2.
