PayPal Chief Legal Officer: You're Not Too Busy for Pro Bono

SAN FRANCISCO — PayPal Inc. chief business affairs and legal officer Louise Pentland has a message for general counsel: You’re not too busy to do pro bono work.

“There’s no reason why I would be any more or less busy than anyone else,” Pentland recalled telling a nonprofit organizer who said Pentland was the first GC to work directly with their organization.
