After FCPA Settlement, Las Vegas Sands Lawyer Lands New GC Gig

Robert Rubenstein, the former general counsel of the embattled Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s China operations, is taking a gamble on a new casino job.

This week the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, which operates the Mohegan Sun casino complex in southeast Connecticut, named Rubenstein as its new senior vice president and general counsel.
