The U.S. Department of Justice has made it very clear that individual executives will be held liable for corporate wrongdoing. But judging by a newly released survey, many compliance officers haven’t gotten the memo.

The risk consulting firm Kroll and the Ethisphere Institute released on Wednesday their 2016 Anti-Bribery and Corruption Report, which is based on interviews with senior-level executives working in ethics and compliance. Interestingly, only 29 percent of respondents indicated that they are more concerned with personal liability than they were in prior years.
