Jailed CEO Ian Norris Appeals His Conviction to SCOTUS
Ian Norris, the imprisoned ex-CEO of the British-based Morgan Crucible Co., has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review his criminal conviction, continuing a battle that began in 2004 when federal prosecutors sought to extradite him from the U.K. to face price-fixing and witness-tampering charges.
