Joseph Folz , it’s just a shrewd career move.
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) announced in August that Folz will take over from Patricia Britton as its general counsel. When she took the driver’s seat in 2007, Britton called it her “dream job.” Britton left PCNA to pursue other interests, a company spokesperson told Corporate Counsel.
