The world’s largest animal health company has disclosed that its founding general counsel, Heidi Chen, is stepping down from the role she’s held for more than a decade.
The company disclosed her impending departure in a securities filing. Chen had been at the helm of Zoetis’ legal department since 2012. She joined Zoetis as founding general counsel from Pfizer, where she had been an assistant general counsel for 13 years.
