General Electric Co.’s general counsel will be leaving the company as GE sews up plans to split its business into three separate companies.
GE disclosed Michael Holston’s planned departure in its latest proxy statement, and a spokesperson confirmed the news Friday, saying he will be leaving in early April after GE successfully completes its plan to separate into three companies focused on aerospace, health care and energy.
