Questions continue to swirl around how the courts will apply copyright law to generative artificial intelligence, participants in a recent webinar for in-house counsel agreed.

The panel, hosted by In-House Connect, was moderated by LegalOn Technologies CEO Daniel Lewis and featured law professor Mark Lemley, director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, and Cecilia Ziniti, CEO and chief legal officer of GC AI, which provides generative AI tools to legal departments.
