Jared Sine, chief legal and business affairs officer for Match Group, the Dallas-based owner of Match.com, Tinder, OkCupid and other online dating apps, is taking the top lawyer job at web hosting giant GoDaddy.

He’ll receive an initial equity grant of $10 million, according to his employment agreement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday. That ranks in the upper tier of inducements companies have used in recent years to help lure a legal chief aboard. In January 2022, Dana Wagner received a $12.8 million hiring stock grant from Twilio after the jumped to the customer-engagement-software company from Impossible Foods.
