Feb. 10 could be bittersweet for Exxon Mobil General Counsel Craig Morford.
Morford will celebrate his 65th birthday. But unless the energy giant makes an exception to its mandatory retirement policy, or has quietly jettisoned it, it also will be his last official day on the job.
