In-house counsel believe that the scope and scale of risks are growing and that they feel less prepared to deal with them than ever.

That was among the stark findings of “The General Counsel Report 2024,” issued Wednesday by FTI Consulting and the legal tech firm Relativity. It was based on interviews and surveys conducted with 60 chief legal officers and general counsel in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
