The Millennium Challenge Corp., an independent federal agency that provides foreign aid, has named Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison partner Peter Jaffe as general counsel.
He succeeds Thomas Hohenthaner, who served as interim GC from April 2022 until his death in February. He filled the post after the organization promoted Cameron Alford from GC to VP for compact operations.
