Nashville, Tennessee-based Monogram Health, a startup that uses artificial intelligence to treat chronic kidney disease, named Adam McAnaney as its first-ever chief legal officer.

McAnaney most recently was general counsel of Dallas-based Signify Health, whose value-based care platform uses analytics to steer patients toward at-home care. He became legal chief in 2019, helped take it public in 2021 and this spring helped engineer its sale to CVS for $8 billion.
