Microsoft’s top lawyer, Brad Smith, received total compensation of $18.1 million in the company’s latest fiscal year, a 23% tumble from the $23.4 million he received the prior year.
Pay for Smith and Microsoft’s four other most-senior executives in the fiscal year that ended June 30 was contained in a proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
