After more than a year without a CEO, Red Lobster has handed the top job to its longtime legal chief.
For nine years, Horace Dawson has been executive vice president and general counsel of the Orlando, Florida-based seafood chain, which has 670 locations. The post also puts him over communications, risk management and government relations.
