Solera Health, a technology platform that matches patients with chronic health conditions to nonmedical wellness and disease-prevention programs, hired Zachary McBride as its general counsel.

McBride was most recently associate general counsel at Galileo, a venture capital-backed telehealth startup founded by doctors and focused on providing 24/7 mobile access to medical consultations and prescription services for common medical issues. He also spent nearly a decade in-house with the Boston-based health care nonprofit Commonwealth Care Alliance, where he was vice president and senior associate general counsel.
