Germany-based Daimler Truck AG, the world’s largest truck maker, selected one of its own lawyers as legal chief.
Associate general counsel Florian Hofer will take over as chief legal and compliance officer on July 1. He succeeds Thomas Laubert, who in February became legal chief of the German pharmaceutical giant Bayer.
