Inbenta, a developer of AI-powered chatbots and search tools, has hired DoorDash senior privacy leader Adam Rivera as its chief legal officer.
The Texas-based startup that specializes in providing businesses with “human- like” automated customer support said Rivera’s hire comes at a critical time as AI adoption explodes and global regulators have taken interest, and will help reinforce Inbenta’s position as a “responsible provider of Conversational AI solutions.”
