The Long-Term Stock Exchange, a startup backed by one of Sam Walton’s heirs, has hired Lisa Young as general counsel, hiring her away from Lending Tree, where she’s been GC for two and a half years.

The appointment makes Young a four-time general counsel. She also is former legal chief of the legal services provider Axiom and the financial technology company Enova International. Before that, she was assistant general counsel of JPMorgan Chase.
