Uplight, an energy technology company that partners with energy providers to help them reduce their baseload energy use, has added Shaila Lakhani Ohri as senior vice president and general counsel.
Ohri replaces Lauren Romer, who recently joined security software company DNSFilter as general counsel. Romer departed Uplight in February after only a year with the company.
