Global digital marketing services firm Kepler Group has recruited a former regional general counsel for rival Media.Monks to take the helm of the New York-based company’s legal department.
Ruchi Prasad, who also served as a policy and compliance lawyer at Twitter Inc. and Visa Inc. earlier in her career, now oversees all legal affairs for Kepler while advising the company’s executive leadership team on strategic growth.
