Banner Health has elevated one of its in-house lawyers to the legal chief seat following the retirement of the Phoenix-based health care systems’ longtime top lawyer.
Jean Fitterer Lance, a former assistant general counsel and global chief compliance officer for Boston Scientific Corp., now holds the reins of Banner’s legal department. She first joined Banner in 2019 as deputy general counsel and vice president of legal services.
