After living the Big Law life for more than 17 years, Sean Clayton recently walked away from his partnership at Cooley and joined former client Horizon Therapeutics as the biopharmaceutical company’s top lawyer.
Before his leap to the in-house world, Clayton had led Cooley’s corporate practice in San Diego, California, where he represented biotech and biopharma companies, including Horizon. His practice focused primarily on general corporate matters, securities laws and transactions.
