Heineken USA, the U.S. affiliate of the Amsterdam-based beer company, has tapped the longtime general counsel of the alcoholic beverage company Phusion Projects as its new chief legal officer. 

Matthew Dornauer joined Heineken this month, according to his LinkedIn profile. He fills the role vacated in October by J. Carlos Kuri, who stepped down as chief legal officer of the White Plains, New York-based company to serve as general counsel at SXSW LLC.
