A former counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr who worked in the Obama White House counsel’s office was named Monday general counsel to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

Lynn Eisenberg joins the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, or OPM, after serving as deputy general counsel for the Biden-Harris presidential campaign and as counsel on the transition team. Eisenberg earlier was a senior associate and counsel at Wilmer, where she practiced in the strategic response group.
